Brandon Pike is Founder and Managing Partner of Capital Bay Partners.
Brandon has been involved in over $1B of real estate transactions, including sourcing, underwriting, financing and execution of commercial real estate investments across a multitude of asset classes.
Brandon holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
Vice President
Ian Miller is Vice President at Capital Bay Partners, where he is responsible for acquisitions, deal sourcing and investment execution.
Ian has a background in institutional research and private markets, specializing in real estate analysis and transaction execution.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
